Calming Collars I - Mack and Alice

Calming collars were a subject of choice a week or so ago on the BML. These collars, infused with  natural herbs, are meant to help dogs better manage stressful situations.

In our first of three on this subject we get to see Laurie Watson's Mack and Alice. Here's what Laurie had to say:

Not sure what time the mailman came by, but my mailbox sure does smell nice now!

I think Mack just doesn't have the energy to spend trying to get the collar off since he's still not feeling quite up-to-snuff.  Mack just keeps scratching at the collar.   Alice, on the other hand, has been scratching at it, and rubbing on the floor and the furniture trying to get it off.

  1. Alice really don't like that collar around her neck, LOL. Mack will catch on once he is feeling better. Loved the pics!!

  2. They look cute -- but I am on anxious to hear if they adjusted to their Calming Collars!

  3. Now that we've tried them a few times .... Mack probably doesn't NEED to wear it, but his sister does get him riled up some days! Alice needs to "practice" getting the collar off for about 30-45 minutes and then she calms down nicely! :) TWO THUMBS UP for the calming collars in the Watson house!
