Mack's Frisbee

Round two of the frisbee stories!

*****

All the talk and giggles about pups & frisbees had me dig out some old pictures!  Our boy Mack was the only Boxer who ever played with one!  When we first adopted him (August 2002) someone had given us a business-promo mini-frisbee.  Here are 3 pictures of baby Mack (before the tail was amputated) and his beloved frisbee.

  1. So cute. My boxers always got frustrated with the Frisbee because it would be wrong side up for them to grab so they would pound it with their front paws in frustration. Of course that didn't help any, and it made the Frisbee even flatter.

  2. My dogs would generally jump it and hit it with their front feet. When they did try to open their mouths to catch it, it usually beaned them on the head. I think it just takes so long for them to open their mouths and separate those lips wide enough that it's too late to catch it.

  3. Too cute! Cute tail too!! I will admit I love their nubbers especially when they go crazy but fun to see a long tail once in a while! I haven't had much luck with frisbees, Tannerman chased them once or twice then said he's done! :-)
