Here are some pics of Dozer playing with his littermate - our friend's puppy, Boots. They live nearby and had the forethought to tire
Dozer out before his 4+ hour car ride! Our daughter and our
granddaughter came over to meet Dozer too.

I didn't realize till that day that his breeder-mom had wanted to
keep Dozer, it just wasn't working out with Dozer's real mom. It was
too hard for Nicole to watch us leave with Dozer ....

ReplyDeleteJessie - Dozer's real mom was in heat again, and the randy little boy he is, well, let's just say that mom wasn't a fan of his advances. ;) It became too difficult for the breeder to keep them apart and keep Dozer safe from attack. He's now living in the lap of luxury without another dog attacking him.
