Sneaky Pete and the Girls

Today, an update from my BML Co-Admin, Maryann.

I had my grand-dogs with me over the holiday weekend and, of course, Paris-Ivy and Josie both claimed Sneaky Pete as their best friend.  Instead of lots of full-body shots, I wanted to get up close and personal with Boxer faces.  I love their expressions!
Okay, Ivy, it's time to rumble ... and Sneaky Pete is MY partner!

Want to make a bet, Josie?  He likes ME better!
But, Ivy, he's giving me some tongue action!

That's because you were biting his tongue, Josie!  What choice did he have?
Okay, okay ... I got his neck now.  Is that better?
Break! Break!  Time for me to pose for another glamor shot!

  3. PI with the dark "I-brow" has so much expression.

Some years ago I took a 5 year old friend to a movie, "Spirit" with an animated horse. That little girl saw the horse and said "Horses don't have eyebrows!" Pretty sharp for a 5 year old city girl. Back home I looked it up; since the horses didn't have any speaking parts they added eyebrows to the characters so they'd how more meaning. Once could judge how the horses felt and what they would say if they could speak.

It does the same thing for PI.

I am so glad Clay decided he needed 2 boxers and I am so glad everything worked out the way it did. You're a wonderful boxer mom and grandmom, Maryann!
