This past Saturday was spent on a bus trip to the UK. A loooong ride to go see Stonehenge and do some shopping in Salisbury.
At Stonehenge it was crazy windy but the sun was shining and it was mostly a nice day.
We didn't have a lot of time in Salisbury, just enough for lunch and then some yarn and needle shopping. Although I'm pretty sure instead of a pair of knitting needles I got magic wands.
Followed by a final bevvie at The Lazy Cow.
In the meantime the Brindle was spending a nice weekend with Uncle Jerry and Uncle Mark. Doing Brindle things, like tormenting the cat, playing with the lambs next door and helping out with some yard work.
He was most pleased that I brought him a present this time.
He's just having a bit of trouble figuring out what to do with it.

Looks like fun, and I love the last shot.

The words "The Lazy Cow" are a link to their website.

It appears Max likes his new head piece! Had to laugh at that photo. Stonehenge ... I wanted to go there the last time I was in London but never made it. Not so sure I'd want to be in the midst of the crowds, though. Great photos ... and I imagine the beer was good, too! :)
ReplyDeleteStonehenge was pleasantly uncrowded. I wish I could remember the name of the beer, it was Udderly "something".
DeleteAwesome shots!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful pictures and I love the last one of the Brindle in his new hat, LOL.
