Sharing Some Joy

Sorry for the lapse in updates, a little bit of fun going on around here that we shall get into as we go along.

For today I bring you a special little bundle of Joy from April Grear.

"Foster girl Joy came to us on Jan. 18th, a bundle of energy and inquisitiveness.  She absolutely radiates 'joy'.  She is a typical 5-6 month old puppy that loves tennis balls and toys.  Joy empties out the toy basket at least once a day so the house is littered with her toys and balls.  She plays fetch and will also entertain herself for short periods of time batting a ball around or hiding it under the chair or a blanket and then 'dig' it out.  Joy and Bella play several times a day and get along well.

Animal Control said she is a boxer mix.  I do see some boxer in her but don't know what other breed(s) she is, anyone care to guess?

Joy will be up for adoption when she goes into the prison training program.  She will probably be ready for her furever home the middle of May.  For information on the prison training program see www.rpsm.org.  We had a visit from a lady interested in maybe adopting her last week and she took some amazing photos of Joy.  She was kind enough to share them and gave me permission to share with others.  This little gal will be hard to give up but there are others waiting to be saved."
