Introducing Ivy

What with moving and a multi-day headache I'm a bit delayed again. Lucky for me I really only have one update other than one of my own.

*******************************

Just cell phone pics for now, but I'm too excited to wait and thought you could help me announce...

January 15th I drove up to Sacramento and, with the help of Tracy Hon (Chico Boxer Rescue) adopted Ivy, a 10 year old senior boxer girlie who's only had one day left!

We've only been home a short time, but I think its already love for both of us ;-) After 6 months boxerless, this feels SO good!

The ride home was kinda scary. After 2 shelters, getting poked and prodded by the vet, now I'm stuck in this wire thingie headed I don't know where. Too nervous to even eat a cookie.

Then we stopped at the salon on the way home. THAT was nice! I smell a LOT better now, and my scabby feet feel better too!

Showin' my new Mama that I can sit really good for cookies!

Oh, its definitely naptime! Stay tuned...
