The Road Home (part I)

I recently introduced you to Sieg Adam, the up and coming guide dog. When Rachel sent me those photos she told me that the photos of his pick up and trip home with her might be lost. Well with a little technical assistance they were recovered and we have them for the next two blog updates.

The morning after we picked up Sieg from Ann Gilbert in Indy at the ABC Nationals on May 5, I went to upload the pics I had taken on the 4th, in Indy, on the way home and that night. The SD card from my camera had snapped the edge and the pictures would NOT show. I was so upset as they were not replaceable by any means. Well, took the SD card to Staples the other day and they were able to recover them for me!

Here's the very fist one of Wayne squatting down holding Sieg with Willie B.  (not good of Willie B checking Sieg out as there was so much going on in between the cars, plus the rain and chill in the air
Ah, in a warm dry place once again, and now Sieg gets to really look at his new Mom (with that funny thing stuck in front of her face and flashing light at him every now and then), his new Dad, and his new big brother, Willie B.

Sieg says... "I've already given both my new Mom and Dad chin kisses but guess I'll kiss my new Dad's hand now. I'm sure it will be feeding me soon."

"And now a kiss for my new big brother."
to be continued...
